Lead global analyst relations for an AI Security company: build analyst strategy, advise executives, drive inclusion in major research programs, craft analyst narratives, translate analyst feedback into product and GTM recommendations, and build scalable AR operations and measurement to demonstrate business impact.

The Principal AI/ML Engineer will lead the development of AI/ML platforms, drive technology architecture, ensure quality and integration, and provide strategic leadership while managing a team of engineers.

Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll in Paychex, maintain payroll systems and tax registrations, administer garnishments and leave payouts, reconcile payroll for month-end close, ensure compliance with federal and state laws (notably California), support integrations/automation across payroll/timekeeping systems, and serve as payroll point of contact for HR, finance, and employees.

Support commercial customers with product selection, order management, billing, deliveries, and account visits. Generate new business via outbound and in-person outreach, manage inventory (battery consignment), handle returns and accident procedures, oversee vehicle safety and documentation, follow cash handling, and lead the commercial department when the manager is absent.

Lead design, build, and operate enterprise-scale AI/MLOps platform infrastructure. Implement Kubernetes-native systems and infrastructure-as-code, ensure production reliability, security, and cost efficiency, create developer tooling and abstractions, collaborate with customers, mentor engineers, and drive platform architecture and priorities.

Design and implement a high-performance, low-latency Java OLAP calculation engine core. Collaborate with product to translate designs into executable criteria, ensure correctness and performance, communicate technical concepts, and advocate for quality and robust JVM-level tuning and language/design improvements.

Lead and build the company's federal compliance function end-to-end. Drive CMMC, FedRAMP, DoD SRG, and DFARS compliance efforts, define CUI boundaries, author System Security Plans, coordinate engineering/operations to implement controls, manage audits, and maintain continuous monitoring using GRC and security tooling.
