The Director of Consumer Banking is responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth and engagement of consumer banking products at Bilt Rewards. The role involves customer insights, product iteration, program roadmap development, marketing program development, partner and vendor management, project management, and KPI management.

The Director of Neighborhood Dining Partnerships & Strategy will lead the expansion and management of Bilt's dining network through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding restaurants, managing relationships, developing account plans, analyzing performance metrics, and executing contract negotiations while traveling nationwide to meet partners.
