Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements. Partner with senior managers, directors, and partners in risk assessment and reporting. Provide guidance on complex accounting matters. Assist clients with GAAP compliance. Instruct in training programs. Participate in community and business development activities.

Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships, oversee client portfolios, manage teams, research tax matters, maintain client relations, and contribute to market activities. Requires 10+ years of partnership tax experience, CPA or JD/LLM, and strong technical and communication skills.
