As the Manager, Billing & Revenue, you will be responsible for managing the recording, reporting, and invoicing of all revenue for a government entity. This role requires 10+ years of billing and revenue experience, expertise in U.S. GAAP, CAS, and government contracts, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Manage the Facility maintenance activities of Intelsat Teleport, ensuring equipment, procedures, and performance meet high standards. Supervise operations, maintenance, and repair of station facility equipment. Provide training to staff, oversee projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Managing and maintaining incoming customer requests in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Supporting customer calls, learning and navigating web-based applications, staying up to date on technology, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Escalating technical issues, maintaining customer privacy, and building positive customer relationships. Working in a team environment and adapting to change. High School Diploma/GED required.
