As an Operations Analyst at Yext, you will assist with client initiatives including onboarding, product launches, data integration, and platform configuration. You will analyze data sets, manage client requests, and ensure the delivery of services meets customer requirements while contributing feedback to the team.

The Associate Platform Consultant will work with customers to identify project goals, configure the Yext platform, manage client requests, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and analyze customer data. Responsibilities include creating documentation, testing new features, and providing SEO and data management best practices to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Oversee a team within key lines of business, act as a product expert and project manager, manage team capacity and resources, provide feedback and mentorship, design and report on KPIs, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor project risks, lead project management and consulting services for complex customers, assist with recruiting and training efforts.
