Lead design and build of a scalable operating architecture for Bose Audio Technology: define end-to-end customer lifecycle, establish systems/processes/governance, align Sales/Engineering/Delivery, develop business operations infrastructure (billing, usage tracking, licensing), embed customer-centric metrics, and build a high-performing team to scale platform-driven B2B operations.

Lead design and scaling of operating architecture for Bose Audio Technologies. Build end-to-end customer lifecycle systems (contracting to support), drive cross-functional alignment with Sales and Engineering, develop operational systems (billing, usage tracking, licensing), and build a high-performing Customer & Business Operations organization focused on customer-centricity and repeatable platform delivery.

Execute day-to-day Order to Cash activities for dealer, distributor, and export customers, including order entry, shipment coordination, invoicing, credits, returns, and customer support. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve order holds, monitor backlog and inventory, prepare export documentation, maintain reporting, and support process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order execution and high-quality customer service.

Process and ship spare parts orders via phone, fax, and email; assist customers, dealers, and distributors with parts inquiries; prepare documentation, invoices, and shipments; maintain records and support inventory control; communicate with internal teams to resolve order issues and keep work area organized.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a VP of Engineering and leadership team: manage complex calendars, prepare meeting materials, coordinate leadership cadence, track actions, facilitate cross-functional alignment, plan domestic and international travel, and partner with Operations for procurement and onboarding.
