Owns and scales post-sale revenue operations across onboarding, adoption, renewals, customer health, risk management, and retention. Designs cross-functional workflows, improves handoffs, translates business needs into systems and automation requirements, and drives process adoption. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Finance, Analytics, Sales, and Business Systems. The role also evaluates AI-enabled tools and leads measurable improvements in renewal execution, data quality, operational efficiency, and customer-risk management.

Owns Microsoft alliance operations across partner funding, Marketplace transactions, co-sell workflows, data quality, compliance, reporting, and executive business reviews. Coordinates Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Microsoft stakeholders while improving processes, automation, funding utilization, transaction efficiency, and operational controls. Builds dashboards and translates partnership data into leadership insights. The role requires hands-on Microsoft partner ecosystem experience and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and commercial operations skills.
