Contacts members through phone and digital channels, validates identities and loan responsibility, researches contact information, negotiates payment solutions, documents collection activities, and completes delinquency-resolution tasks. Uses collections, billing, payment, and member-management systems while complying with debt-collection laws, financial regulations, and company procedures. This is a fully remote, part-time role available to residents of select states.
