Standardize workflows, governance, data quality, roadmaps, reporting, and portfolio processes across Jira and connected collaboration tools. Build automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to improve planning, delivery visibility, dependency management, and executive reporting. Lead change management, training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across a complex organization.

Lead 24/7 Mission Operations Center shift team to ensure satellite constellation and ground infrastructure performance. Oversee mission planning, operations, incident command, cross-functional coordination, procedure validation, training, stakeholder communication, and personnel management to maintain operational readiness and meet customer requirements.
