The Senior Director of EPD Operations will lead engineering and product operations, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and high team performance to support business growth.

Own and govern 1Password's Atlassian platform (Jira, Statuspage). Design architecture, workflows, automations, integrations and app governance. Partner with engineering, IT, security and business teams to onboard, document, train, and ensure compliance, data quality, and platform stability at scale.
