Provide systems and production support for infrastructure: troubleshoot OS/hardware/network issues, write Ansible playbooks, develop observability dashboards (Grafana/Splunk/ServiceNow), follow ITSM processes, analyze performance trends, and coordinate with multiple support teams to resolve incidents and recommend process improvements.

Provide high-touch middle-office support for Alternative Investments by assisting advisors and internal partners via phone and email, handling trade support, account documentation, escalations, and issue resolution while following policies and compliance requirements.

Provide high-touch middle-office support for Alternative Investments by assisting financial advisors and internal partners with trade support, account management, documentation, escalations, and technical questions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex advisor/client issues, train and mentor team members, support projects and field education, and serve as a backup for supervisory responsibilities while adhering to compliance and risk guidelines.

Support customers in completing deposit account openings from Wells Fargo Online, resolve inquiries and complex issues, escalate when needed, assist less experienced reps, verify documentation and business ownership, navigate multiple systems, and recommend products/services while following policies and compliance.
