Provide frontline branch banking support by building customer relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, handling teller duties, supporting credit applications, promoting banking products, and ensuring compliant, high-quality service while collaborating with branch teammates.

Provide empathetic, bilingual (Spanish/English) inbound customer support for Personal Loan applications, accurately capturing applicant data, advocating digital options, following compliance and process controls, meeting quality and productivity targets, escalating issues, and participating in training.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) mortgage customer support across phone, chat, text and video; handle moderately complex inquiries, follow policies, escalate non-routine issues, and promote digital services.

Support branch operations by processing teller transactions, resolving teller-line issues, assisting customers with digital/mobile solutions, completing operational tasks within policy, supporting branch manager scheduling, and escalating customer or risk concerns.

Resolve complex, escalated customer complaints, perform investigations, provide subject-matter expertise, supervise and mentor the escalations team, manage schedules and administrative tasks, recommend process improvements, and interact with internal and external customers. Position requires Spanish bilingual communication and on-site attendance.
