Provide advanced administrative support to Mid Corporate Global Payments & Liquidity leadership and sales teams: prepare reports and presentations, manage complex scheduling and multi-city travel, coordinate events, handle confidential materials, supervise administrative tasks, track deliverables, and support ad hoc projects and reporting.

Support supervisory controls and compliance for wealth management: review and analyze controls for high-risk strategies, recommend process and technology improvements, gather and present data and trends, and collaborate with advisors and management to ensure regulatory and firm policy adherence.

Lead and mentor a fraud and claims operations team to investigate complex, high-risk account activity and claims, improve processes, resolve control deficiencies, and provide subject-matter guidance to ensure timely, risk-aware decisions and operational efficiency.

Analyze moderately complex business problems, identify automation and internet/intranet solutions, recommend improvements, develop project budgets and plans, liaise between business and technology teams, train users, and analyze data trends to support AI-enabled transformation and adoption.
