Support market governance for Wealth & Investment Management by evaluating controls, analyzing risk for complex investment strategies, recommending process and technology improvements, presenting findings, and consulting with advisors, managers, and compliance partners. Monitor trends, develop policy expertise, and drive remediation and supervisory governance.

Provide front-line, roving personal banker support across multiple branch locations: handle account openings, transactions, cash handling, service requests, and credit applications; build customer relationships, identify needs, make referrals, and use digital tools while maintaining compliance and risk controls. Travel and adapt to varied branch environments to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Supervise and mentor Client Associates handling brokerage transactional tasks, ensure compliance and quality, resolve day-to-day operational issues, drive process improvements, liaise with branch and market leadership, manage resource allocation, support onboarding and training, and visit branches to coach on operational risk and procedures.

Lead and supervise Client Associates to ensure timely, compliant transaction processing; drive digital onboarding and money-movement adoption; manage resource allocation, training, and market rollouts; identify process improvements and handle operational escalations and approvals across brokerage support.
