Provide front-line, roving banking support across multiple branch locations: open accounts, process transactions, handle service requests and credit applications, build customer relationships, promote banking solutions, perform teller cash handling, and ensure compliant, high-quality service while coordinating referrals to licensed specialists.

Provide empathetic customer support for credit card products via phone, text, chat, and video; resolve inquiries and issues, follow policies and compliance, navigate multiple computer systems, escalate to senior staff when needed, and meet call center performance metrics in a high-volume environment.

Provide licensed customer service and account support, handle operations, documentation, and technical support; analyze product/service information, recommend resolutions, ensure compliance, collaborate with partners, and coach junior staff.

Manage the full commercial loan closing lifecycle for Fund Finance, coordinating pre-closing/closing and booking activities with Credit, Legal, Relationship Management, and Loan Operations. Ensure accurate systems data, regulatory and policy compliance, resolve implementation issues, and deliver timely, risk-aware execution while building stakeholder relationships.

Serve as primary operational contact for a portfolio of Canadian clients, managing onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence (AML/KYC), funds movement, payment processing, credit-related servicing, overdraft and exception wire resolution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements to deliver timely, compliant client outcomes.

Manage day-to-day supervisory control functions for branch offices within the Market, oversee registered and unregistered associates, ensure regulatory and firm compliance, recruit/train direct reports, escalate and resolve findings, and act as liaison to market leadership, operations, risk, compliance, and home office.

Serve as primary operational contact for a portfolio of Latin America and Caribbean clients. Manage onboarding, customer due diligence (KYC/AML), payment and funds movement inquiries, overdrafts, exception wires, and credit-related servicing. Coordinate with relationship managers, credit analysts and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain policies and controls, and support delivery improvements.
