Coordinate day-of routing and appointment changes for field technicians, communicate real-time updates to technicians and management, assign jobs to subcontractors, answer and route customer calls, track appointment progress, and use workforce management and CRM tools to prioritize and resolve service issues efficiently.

Lead regional field operations and P&L for multiple facilities and 500+ indirect reports. Drive installation, customer service, staffing, training, inventory and fleet management. Set and achieve performance metrics, coach and mentor teams, manage hiring and performance, and travel frequently to support sites and company initiatives.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 field technicians to ensure quality customer service, safety compliance, fleet maintenance, training, on-site inspections, escalations resolution, and performance improvement. Coach technicians, support onboarding and ongoing training, work hands-on as needed, and manage vehicle maintenance and safety standards.

Serve as a CX specialist across Boost Mobile, DISH TV, OnTech, and Sling TV. Conduct live phone/chat interactions (minimum 20 hrs/month), evaluate and use generative AI tools, validate tool/process enhancements, observe customer journeys, and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve agent tools and customer experience.

Lead and develop field service technicians and teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Coach, train, and inspect technicians for quality and safety, manage fleet maintenance, work hands-on to improve performance, and handle escalated customer and employee issues.
