Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives: manage calendars, travel, VIP visits, events, correspondence, reports, and office operations for the Washington, DC office. Ensure compliance with expense and procurement processes, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and support government-relations activities. Must obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance and work full-time on-site.

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain internal computer hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, monitor performance and security compliance, document configurations and procedures, collaborate with engineering and business teams, support process improvements, and provide end-user support and training while staying current with industry technologies.

Lead inventory and logistics strategy for aerospace missions: optimize inventory levels, streamline transportation and warehousing, manage suppliers, ensure compliance with export/government regulations, drive digital transformation and KPIs, and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain mission readiness.
