Partner with sales and account teams to design, configure, and optimize scalable CRM workflows and automations in Salesforce. Gather requirements, implement solutions, test and rollout enhancements, support data management and lead routing, and evaluate GenAI use cases to improve productivity. Collaborate with global IS, RevOps, and integration/development teams and provide documentation and user support.

Monitor header-bidding and ad-tech systems to ensure platform stability and revenue protection. Triage alerts, investigate incidents, manage cases in Salesforce/Jira, review Grafana/Tableau dashboards, follow playbooks, escalate complex issues to engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive remediation and continuous monitoring improvements.

Serve as the office's primary point of contact, handling reception, vendor relationships, supplies and inventory, event and meeting support, basic finance/expense assistance, and general administrative and operational tasks to maintain a productive, welcoming workplace.
