Provides comprehensive administrative support to Field Sales Managers, including calendar and travel coordination, leadership meeting and event logistics, document preparation, communications, onboarding and departure support, purchasing, supplies, budget tracking, project coordination, and process improvement. The role also manages follow-up activities, supports other administrative partners, and adapts to changing business needs in a remote environment.

Lead and evolve IT Operations and service desk functions, build ITSM processes, oversee cloud and SaaS support, drive observability/automation, manage vendor and Grainger IT relationships, and coach a high-performing IT team.
