Lead and optimize offline acquiring operations (POS/terminal deployments, merchant onboarding, settlement, chargebacks). Design SOPs, drive automation, manage vendor relationships, monitor KPIs, ensure PCI and scheme compliance, and collaborate with Product, Risk, Sales, Finance, and Treasury.
