Lead Middle East Operations from Tel Aviv to ensure excellent customer experience and regulatory compliance. Drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams, manage daily compliance operations (transaction monitoring, KYC, name screening), monitor regional payments and treasury safeguarding, translate regulatory requirements into operational processes, improve operational efficiency via product changes, and define/report KPIs to measure performance.

Provide high-level executive and personal support to the CEO, including complex calendar and travel management across time zones, stakeholder liaison, meeting coordination, household and family logistics, expense and vendor management, ad-hoc errands, and administrative support for the executive's private venture fund and presentations.

Investigate high-risk accounts for account takeover and unauthorized access, evaluate customer claims, contain compromised accounts, identify fraud patterns, document audit-ready findings, and partner with product, data science, and engineering to improve detection and controls.

Lead Airwallex’s North America business with full P&L ownership. Build and scale commercial and operations teams, define and execute GTM across Enterprise, SMB, and Platform, drive partnerships, localize product and compliance, manage daily operations, and report performance to global stakeholders.

Lead and scale North America revenue operations: define regional strategy, build end-to-end revenue processes, partner with Sales/Marketing/Finance, design compensation frameworks, select and optimize commercial tech stack, oversee system administration, and drive change management to improve forecasting, reporting, and go-to-market performance.

Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support via ticketing and direct conversations; de-escalate and resolve issues, explain Airwallex products, work cross-functionally to solve complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain excellent communication using support systems like Zendesk.

Partner with sales leadership to optimize territory management, improve revenue funnel processes, own GTM tools and reporting (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Looker), deliver pipeline analytics, and lead cross-functional strategic projects to drive commercial impact across the US/AMER business.

Manage account handovers between BD, CSMs, and AMs; design, document, and analyze sales incentive programs; prepare client-facing materials and maintain related workflows and reporting.

Lead and manage EMEA first-line financial crime operations for transaction monitoring and sanctions screening. Drive TM risk assessments, rule tuning, investigations, SLAs, stakeholder escalations, data-driven analysis, and team leadership to protect the business from AML/CTF and reputational risk.
