Perform ongoing merchant risk monitoring across fraud, credit and brand risk for business sellers. Conduct risk reviews using credit reports, financials and KYB, monitor dispute and chargeback trends, liaise with merchants on remediation, manage queues and SLAs, and improve risk policies, SOPs and tooling.

Lead analysis and strategy to grow revenue across SME and Enterprise segments: run commercial performance deep-dives, design sales incentives, operationalize high-impact growth initiatives, partner cross-functionally to deploy AI-driven sales improvements, support planning and forecasting, and build dashboards to monitor initiative performance.

Lead strategic projects to improve EMEA customer experience and uplift operational functions. Use data-driven analysis (SQL/R/Python, BI) to solve problems, align stakeholders, track progress, surface risks, and execute special deep-dive requests from leadership.

Lead and manage cross-regional name screening operations, drive process improvements, workforce planning, quality control, reporting, training, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
