Handle customer claims for damaged or lost collectibles by reviewing and processing payment requests, drafting settlement agreements, maintaining insurance logs and records, providing status updates, and coordinating with internal stakeholders via phone and email.

Lead end-to-end dispute operations across marketplace, fulfillment, and lending: manage chargebacks, representment, buyer/seller adjudication, regulatory error-resolution, vendor relationships, and team performance. Optimize win-rates, meet network SLAs, maintain audit-ready records, and drive metrics and root-cause reductions with Product, Payments, and Fraud.

Lead and scale fraud operations across marketplace, packs, and lending. Own real-time decisioning, manual review, investigations, AML/KYC alert disposition, tooling and vendor management, metrics, and cross-team coordination to minimize fraud loss while preserving customer experience.

Identify and research sports trading cards and varieties, update and maintain the database, communicate with coworkers and manufacturers, safely handle valuable merchandise, and perform other assigned operational duties to ensure accurate cataloging and processing.
