Lead and manage a Client Service team supporting high-net-worth individuals and advisor teams. Hire, train, develop career paths, optimize support models with Wealth Managers, onboard advisor teams, escalate and resolve sensitive issues (complaints, fraud, KYC), mitigate enterprise risk, improve efficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead enterprise incident response for high-impact P1/P2 events, coordinate cross-functional recovery, mature incident and service management practices, drive automation and ServiceNow improvements, ensure regulatory and audit alignment, run post-incident reviews, and mentor teams to improve operational resilience and reduce recurring outages.

Review, validate, and manage mortgage collateral documentation to ensure investor, regulatory, and internal compliance. Maintain custody tracking, support audits and certifications, develop SOPs, resolve document exceptions, and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Serve as an independent compliance partner supporting the Conduct and Ethics function and Control Room. Monitor regulatory compliance, manage conflicts, personal securities surveillance and trade preclearance, advise business partners, maintain policies, deliver training, support investigations, and escalate regulatory issues. Provide risk frameworks, reporting, and governance support while fostering control room culture and effective business partnerships.
