Provide hands-on support for endpoints, networks, conferencing, and SaaS; manage onboarding/offboarding, MDM, identity, and office infrastructure; coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and R&D; execute IT projects, maintain documentation, and ensure operational continuity and incident response.
