Provide German- and English-language support to hotel partners via phone and email. Diagnose and resolve complex issues, analyze data, collaborate cross-functionally, manage priorities, suggest process improvements, and perform both call-center and back-office tasks.

Own and operate the enterprise CMDB lifecycle: design and refine data models, enforce governance and data quality, configure integrations and discovery, support service mapping and impact analysis, produce system documentation, and apply AI/ML tools to improve CI data quality and change impact prediction while partnering with service owners and engineering teams.

Drive performance via governance, metrics, and continuous improvement; implement automation and process optimization; define support frameworks and escalations; manage stakeholder expectations and lead vendor improvement and transformation initiatives.

Provide technical support and incident investigation for infrastructure/platform issues, perform data analysis and remediation, create clear documentation and communications, coordinate stakeholders, identify process improvements, and assist with system-level troubleshooting and automation efforts.

Provide advanced API and integration support to supply partners: troubleshoot escalated technical issues, identify root causes, coordinate with product and engineering, document resolutions, mentor junior staff, and translate operational trends into recommendations and process improvements.

Lead TPSP's new business and partner onboarding function: own RFP strategy and submissions, manage pipeline with Sales and Commercial teams, run end-to-end implementation from contract to go-live, optimize onboarding and training, develop partner-facing content and competitive intelligence, and manage a global team to ensure smooth, scalable partner launches and high-quality servicing.

Support 2-3 senior executives by managing complex global calendars, coordinating end-to-end meetings and travel, preparing stakeholders, organizing on-sites and events, partnering across EA teams, handling special projects confidentially, and driving operational efficiency including practical AI-enabled workflows.
