Provide frontline IT support for Zapier employees in AU/NZ: troubleshoot Mac hardware/software, manage user accounts and Jamf tasks, escalate complex issues, create runbooks and self-service resources, assist with SSO/SAML integrations and build simple automations in Okta Workflows and Zapier.

Run and maintain Zapier's incident program operations: manage incident tooling and on-call systems, build AI-powered automations and dashboards, maintain runbooks and enablement, operate reporting and observability, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to keep incident response reliable and scalable.

Lead Okta administration and SSO, build automations with Okta Workflows and Zapier, optimize SaaS spend and licensing, automate provisioning/deprovisioning via APIs, support and improve the macOS employee experience, triage IT issues, and manage SaaS tooling and reporting across the organization.
