Lead and deliver high-volume, multi-channel service desk support via chat and ticketing. Diagnose hardware, software, network, and access issues, manage escalations, coach junior analysts, track incidents in ServiceNow or similar ITSM, analyze trends, and recommend process and knowledgebase improvements while maintaining security and excellent customer service.

The Senior Business Continuity Specialist develops, executes, and evaluates business continuity exercises and training programs, ensuring critical services can recover from disruptions. Involves testing activities and supporting training material creation.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum teams, promote Agile practices, remove blockers, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business value.
