Provide customer service and operational support for contracts, licensing, registrations, terminations, and related inquiries. Handle routine and escalated calls, resolve issues, document cases in the case management system, follow procedures, cross-train and back up teammates, and support process improvement and team communication under manager direction.

Provide day-to-day technical support for investment account opening operations, train and mentor staff, resolve complex account issues, design and execute quality assurance, and lead process and system improvements to ensure timely, compliant service to subscribers.
