Provide L3 technical support for HPE hybrid cloud and SAN storage platforms (Nimble, Alletra, DHCI, GreenLake). Leads global Networking Services Operations strategy across lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, renewals, contract lifecycle management, subscriptions, and revenue operations. Drives process standardization, operating model transformation, automation, governance, analytics, and organizational change. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps, investment decisions, and operating plans. Oversees complex global programs, develops executive communications and business cases, and establishes KPIs and performance mechanisms to improve growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Manage end-to-end operational relationships for mid-to-large accounts, perform complex operational analysis, act as escalation point, represent customer needs to projects, run performance reviews, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify opportunities for additional services or revenue.
