Provides remote and occasional onsite technical support for Windows and Nutanix data center environments. Resolves hardware and software issues, handles escalations, documents solutions, supports customers and technicians, and applies ITIL practices. The role also contributes to technical action plans, mentors newer agents, leads resolution activities, collaborates with sales teams, and supports customer, vendor, and industry interactions.

Provides remote and onsite technical support for Linux data center systems, hardware, software, storage, and peripheral devices. Resolves customer and business technical issues, troubleshoots complex problems, documents solutions in knowledge systems, and proactively reduces recurring incidents. The role also leads resolution activities, mentors technicians, supports technical action plans, uses ITIL practices, and collaborates with sales teams, customers, vendors, and service providers.

Provides onsite Level 1 technical support for enterprise x86 servers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, applying patches and firmware updates, monitoring systems, managing inventories, documenting incidents, and coordinating with engineering, product support, account teams, and customers. The role supports Windows Server, Linux, networking, HPE ProLiant systems, customer change management, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages a technical engineering team providing 24x7 remote compute and storage support for global clients. Responsibilities include performance management, coaching, capacity planning, escalation management, customer issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, service delivery improvement, and technical capability development.
