Provide onsite technical support for computing, storage and peripheral hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone and remote tools, manage cases in databases, assist internal and external users, and recommend solutions for complex configurations to prevent recurring problems.

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, process mining, AI, and automation. Drive measurable business value through process mapping, root-cause analysis, FMEA, stakeholder engagement, change management, and capability building across global teams.

Create and maintain customer-facing technical content and courseware for HPE Networking products. Produce concepts, tasks, installation guides, in-product help, video scripts, and course modules. Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs, analyze specs, learn products hands-on, follow style/process guidelines, and lead small documentation teams.
