Manage studio crews and day-to-day technical and operational functions for NBCUniversal Washington, DC. Oversee studio and control room production, staffing, live remotes, facilities/IT/maintenance, vendor and internal relationships, on-air troubleshooting, breaking-news operations, and compliance with standards and safety while driving operational strategy and cost initiatives.

Manage lighting and grip equipment rental operations: process orders, maintain inventory and billing accuracy, source sub-rentals, support warehouse operations, communicate with customers and vendors, and ensure equipment testing, safety, and minimal downtime for film and television productions.

Maintain and validate on-air play-out schedules across NBCUniversal networks using proprietary scheduling systems. Coordinate primetime quick-turn scheduling, perform traffic compares, execute contingency scheduling for sports and replays, validate resource assignments, and assist troubleshooting. Serve as liaison between on-air operations, commercial operations, and program operations.

Provide administrative support to a VP and team: manage complex calendars across time zones, travel and expenses, meeting and event coordination, prepare presentations/agenda/materials, take notes and follow up, draft correspondence, handle general office tasks, and support team engagement and special projects while maintaining confidentiality.

The Facilities Manager oversees building operations, ensures critical system uptime, manages maintenance programs, and leads a team of engineers while coordinating with management on budgets and projects.

Manage vendor relations and service performance within NBCUniversal's Studio Operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in contract services.

Provide administrative support to the CTO, manage schedules, coordinate travel, facilitate meetings, and assist with internal communications and special projects.

Support and troubleshoot ad sales systems and integrations; own and resolve tickets, monitor backend data, document procedures, collaborate with vendors and engineering, identify defects and automation opportunities, and provide on-call and event coverage.

Serve as liaison between Digital Ad Sales business users and engineering/operations teams to support, troubleshoot, and configure video ad serving systems (Freewheel). Own ticket resolution, identify root causes and defects, implement fixes, execute system configurations, and maintain SLAs while improving processes and integrations.

Support and maintain NBCU's digital video ad serving systems (Freewheel). Act as liaison between ad sales and engineering, manage tickets, troubleshoot and root-cause issues, configure system settings (break patterns, inventory, targeting), meet SLAs, escalate critical issues, and identify improvements to streamline ad operations and integrations across the portfolio.
