Own Tasker supply-demand balance across the UK, drive regional strategy and tactical plays, build dashboards and run experiments, coach and engage Taskers via workshops and community events, partner cross-functionally to influence product and processes, and deliver scalable automation and AI tools to improve fulfillment, quality, retention, and revenue.

Coordinate and execute partner onboarding logistics and launches: location setup, rate card validation, training scheduling, channel triage, issue escalation, Confluence documentation, cross-functional tracking, hypercare monitoring, and support the Onboarding Associate to keep launches on schedule.
