Provide 24x7 network operations and systems administration for public-facing game services. Install, maintain, and administer Windows/Linux systems, SQL Server, VMware, IIS, Active Directory, and monitoring (Check_MK, Splunk, Grafana). Build/maintain monitoring, automate workflows (PowerShell/DSC, Chef), perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinate with datacenter technicians for hardware support.

Coordinate intake, documentation, and tracking of software and AI tool requests. Gather requirements, triage basic research, capture meeting notes and action items, maintain inventories, and partner with IT, security, and stakeholders to escalate risks and drive decisions.
