Operate and support Citrix VDI environments as a subject matter expert: build and maintain golden images, package/publish applications, manage profiles/policies, administer Citrix core components and virtualization hosts (Azure/VMware/Hyper-V), troubleshoot user/application/session/network issues, perform capacity planning and DR testing, and provide Tier 2 desktop support across macOS and Windows while following change management.
