Provide high-level administrative support to 4–6 executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, organize meetings and events, prepare business communications, maintain cross-team relationships, perform general office tasks, and drive team activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Provide second-line governance and oversight of business continuity and operational resilience, focusing on the Global Payment Network. Consult, analyze data to identify risks and trends, challenge first-line controls, support assessments and incident analysis, collaborate with risk partners, and engage with audit and regulators to strengthen resilience.

Provide market-level support for branch and cafe ATM hardware and cash operations: monitor ATM availability, identify trends, coordinate vendors and CIT servicing, resolve discrepancies remotely, communicate status to branch staff and leadership, create process documentation and performance plans, and support peers to ensure market coverage.

The Principal Associate will analyze workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and improve operational processes while collaborating with multiple teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Support subpoena fulfillment operations by analyzing processes, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, training new hires, coordinating with partners, and executing tasks to meet regulatory and customer experience requirements.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expense reports, plan team events, act as team ambassador, circulate communications, and proactively solve operational issues to keep the team efficient and organized.

Lead a team handling network dispute cases and arbitration, enforce dispute rules and governance, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor staff, and drive process improvements to reduce manual work and complexity.

Provide high-level administrative support to 4–6 executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, arrange meetings and AV/catering, plan team events, draft and proofread business communications, and perform general office and ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the team efficient and productive.

Lead a team in delivering process improvements, monitoring data trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and business results.
