Manage ticketing, hospitality, and promotional inventories and workflows to support campaign execution and client engagement. Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, invoicing, and event communications; provide on-site event support, reporting, and post-event analysis while enforcing gifting and business entertainment policies.

Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events, troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and coordinate with production teams. Monitor and adjust audio/video levels, maintain accurate event logs, and work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 master control team.

Provide entry-level, customer-facing IT support by resolving service desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, performing device setup and maintenance, supporting deployments and updates, documenting resolutions, assisting onboarding and training, and traveling to nearby retail locations as needed under senior staff guidance.
