Lead daily operations for Enterprise Sales Support, ECAS, and ESSS teams. Oversee supervisors, staffing, SLAs, reporting, forecasting, process governance, change management, and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness, improve customer experience, and drive efficiency. Manage workforce performance, training, and implementation of new products and systems; work nights/weekends as required.

Manages business operations through reporting, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, procurement and payment oversight. Leads a team, maintains data integrity, develops reporting tools, consolidates data sources, improves processes, and communicates business requirements for system enhancements. Requires independent judgment, operational leadership, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
