Provide administrative and operational support to the Mannheim office including visitor reception, office supplies and maintenance coordination, travel and event logistics, marketing materials inventory, payment and credit card receipt support, and interview scheduling. Work 20 hours/week under supervision to gain HR, finance, and office management experience.

Manage LiveDesign implementation projects and ensure customer success with the Schrodinger Platform by collaborating with internal teams and representing customer needs in product development.
