Conduct and document fraud/SIU investigations for health insurance, analyze data and coding, perform interviews, collaborate with law enforcement, legal and stakeholders, prepare investigation summaries, and support compliance and recovery efforts.

Provide prompt, accurate phone and written customer service to insureds and sales agents across multiple lines of business. Resolve issues on first contact, document interactions, follow HIPAA and department policies, recommend coverage options, and meet productivity and attendance standards. Use email, chat, and phone to handle difficult customers professionally.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an adult primary care clinic: verify patient information, schedule appointments, manage check-out, document in the EMR (Epic), handle patient inquiries and billing questions, process messages/mail/faxes, escalate urgent issues, and support departmental goals and workflows.

On-site mailroom and office services role handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages, processing live checks, scanning and digitizing documents, data entry, archiving, and collaborating with internal teams while following data security and company procedures.
