Provide technical support for self-managed and GitLab.com customers by diagnosing issues in Linux systems and the GitLab codebase, reproducing bugs, creating merge requests, documenting solutions, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and participating in on-call rotations and process improvements to prevent future incidents.

Lead and scale GitLab's AWS and GCP marketplace and funding operations. Own marketplace processes, administer hyperscaler tooling (Tackle.io, Salesforce), drive funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP), resolve escalations, build AI automation agents, govern processes, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable hyperscaler go-to-market execution.

Provide technical support for Self-managed and GitLab.com customers across shifts. Troubleshoot Linux systems, reproduce and escalate bugs, write documentation and support content, create merge requests to fix issues, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Infrastructure teams, and participate in on-call rotations and hiring activities.

Provide hands-on support for self-managed and SaaS GitLab customers across shifts: troubleshoot Linux systems, reproduce bugs, write fixes or merge requests, create documentation, collaborate with product and engineering, participate in on-call rotations and hiring processes.

Partner with APJ Sales and Revenue teams to manage quote-to-cash: review and validate Salesforce quotes, CPQ configurations, order forms, and contracts; advise on deal structure and pricing; troubleshoot quoting and booking issues; collaborate with Billing, AR, Revenue, and Legal to ensure accurate ARR reporting and compliant bookings.

Provide technical support for Self-managed and GitLab.com customers via tickets and calls; troubleshoot Linux systems and GitLab installations; write bug reports, documentation, and fixes; collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, and Customer Success; participate in on-call rotations and hiring processes.
