Own and administer Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for customer support workflows, portal, reporting, and integrations. Configure case management, automations, security, sandboxes, and dashboards. Partner with support, product, IT, and external partners to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, onboard products, maintain data quality, and train users while ensuring compliance with export-controlled data requirements.

Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CFO and finance leadership, manage complex multi-time-zone calendars, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate domestic and international travel and events, process executive expenses, handle confidential matters, and support the EA community and C-suite operations.

Serve as the first point of contact, manage front desk operations, greet visitors, coordinate access/badging, handle inquiries and mail, schedule rooms, support facilities/IT/security coordination, maintain supplies and records, and assist with events and vendor coordination.

Administer Atlassian Cloud (Jira, JSM, Confluence); design workflows, automations, and governance; develop REST API/webhook integrations; manage Atlassian Access (SSO/SCIM); build advanced JQL dashboards and reports; support cloud migrations, audits, and enterprise system integrations.

Manage and administer the company's industrial security program for classified government contracts. Serve as primary liaison with DCSA and government security reps; manage personnel security actions; maintain records in government security systems; develop policies and training; oversee classified document control and physical security; support inspections, audits, DD254 implementation, insider threat activities, and DCSA assessments.

Lead administration and optimization of enterprise Windows, Linux, and macOS systems; design and support cloud, identity, endpoint, and collaboration platforms; automate operations; troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues; manage upgrades, asset lifecycle, incident response, and mentor junior admins. Participate in on-call rotation and cross-team projects.

Provide day-to-day enterprise end-user IT support and systems administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Deliver white-glove executive and meeting-support, manage user accounts via AD/Azure AD, maintain endpoint security and asset lifecycle, respond to incidents, document procedures, and collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams. Participate in on-call and occasional after-hours maintenance.
