Support managed account operations including reconciliations, account administration, corporate actions, security master, performance reporting, onboarding, system testing, and client issue resolution across multiple clients.

Provide production and technical support for VestmarkONE trading clients: troubleshoot order and allocation workflows, monitor alerts, resolve cases, coordinate with internal teams, update procedures, onboard/train staff, handle client communications, and participate in projects and client meetings.

Client-facing role managing fixed income account operations: reconciliations, settlement monitoring and fail management, corporate actions, issue investigation, and stakeholder communications. Supports onboarding, platform enhancements, and ensures data integrity across fixed income securities.
