Provide high-level administrative and executive support for multiple leaders across APJ. Manage calendars, meetings, inboxes, expenses, travel, confidential documents, translation services, leadership meetings, action items, and business events. Support quarterly all-hands calls, sales reviews, onboarding, office functions, and executive support team projects while maintaining confidentiality, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Provide high-level executive support in Datadog’s Tokyo and APJ offices. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting and event coordination, expense reporting, domestic and international travel arrangements, confidential document handling, translation services, leadership meeting support, and tracking action items. The role also supports all-hands meetings, sales reviews, hiring activities, office functions, and executive support team projects in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Leads and scales Datadog’s global Executive Support organization, including executive assistants, team leads, and managers. Defines the function’s strategy, operating model, policies, and playbooks; manages headcount planning, resource allocation, and organizational design; improves processes; handles sensitive escalations; and partners with Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders. The role requires executive-level support expertise, strong discretion, systems thinking, and travel to global offices and conferences as needed.

Investigate complex customer escalations involving Real User Monitoring, sessions, telemetry gaps, SDK behavior, tagging, sampling, and performance metrics. Lead technical calls, reproduce customer environments, troubleshoot logs and runtime behavior, mentor support engineers, conduct enablement sessions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve Datadog’s platform, tooling, documentation, and roadmap.

Leads the GTM Enablement Operations center of excellence, establishing operating models, governance, processes, technology capabilities, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. Manages Operations and Systems & Analytics teams, develops measurement frameworks and dashboards, and oversees major cross-functional initiatives such as sales kickoffs and enterprise launches. The role requires executive stakeholder management, enterprise technology implementation, organizational leadership, and continuous improvement across a high-growth SaaS environment.

Manage and mentor a team of Premier Support Engineers handling customer requests, reproducing and troubleshooting issues across Datadog integrations, onboarding and training hires, building documentation, resolving high-priority escalations, and driving initiatives to improve team productivity and processes.
