Lead and optimize end-to-end creative operations for Brand, including intake, resourcing, capacity planning, Asana workflows, vendor and budget stewardship, and cross-team alignment to enable scalable, high-quality creative production across campaigns, events, video, and evergreen work.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Braze customers: diagnose and fix issues, guide integrations and best practices, drive product adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, and document knowledge to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Braze's SaaS platform: triage and resolve inbound technical cases, troubleshoot integrations, guide best practices, drive product adoption, document solutions, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve customer experience.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Braze customers: diagnose and resolve product issues, assist with integrations/configuration, drive product adoption, document knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to technology leaders, managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expense reporting, department events, cross-functional logistics, confidential tasks, and operational/project coordination across the technology organization.
