The Factory Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean facilities, handling hazardous materials, and performing custodial tasks under little supervision.

Lead technical and functional support for MRO systems supporting aircraft maintenance. Serve as primary SME for GOLD MRO and support migration to Siemens Opcenter. Diagnose/resolved complex functional issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure parts traceability and data integrity, define requirements, test changes, create documentation, and coach junior staff.

Provide first-line support for aircraft MRO system users: log and track issues, maintain system data accuracy, assist with parts traceability, support testing and migration to Siemens Opcenter, update user documentation, coordinate with maintenance/supply/quality teams, and escalate complex problems to senior staff.

Design, manage, and maintain business process architecture and improvement initiatives. Use process methodologies and tools to capture, analyze, and integrate process and data designs. Partner with managers, SMEs, vendors, and IT to define system requirements, integrate ERP/logistics/supplier data, and perform transactional data analysis for procured part forecasting and demand.

Manage and control program and business resources, develop and implement plans/processes, authorize work changes, track program status and budgets, forecast headcount, coordinate facilities and stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership to meet customer and contract requirements.

Execute day-to-day ITIL-based change and release management tasks: log, prioritize, and track change requests; coordinate schedules and CAB meetings; maintain ITSM records; communicate with stakeholders; support release deployments and continuous process improvement with minimal service disruption.

Lead cost estimating for government projects, analyze proposals, develop cost estimates, ensure regulatory compliance, and present to executives.

Design, maintain, and implement business process architecture to enable process improvement. Integrate ERP and supplier/logistics data, analyze transactional demand/forecasting, collaborate with managers, SMEs, vendors, and IT to define system requirements and support change and risk management.

Deliver P-8A avionics maintenance training, develop and review courseware, coach trainers, analyse technical requirements, ensure compliance with Boeing and Defence training standards (DASA/DASR), and support continuous improvement across complex avionics and mission systems.

Provide training and coaching for shop floor employees in Composite Repair, maintain certifications, manage training activities, and develop training projects.
