Provides senior Level I and II technical support for Windows, macOS, virtual desktops, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Manages ServiceNow tickets, documents procedures, analyzes recurring issues, performs root-cause analysis, supports implementations, and escalates complex problems. Mentors junior technicians, communicates with users and management, participates in projects, and may travel to remote locations.

Supports Member Services during the 2027 Ovation clearing-system launch by tracking OCC and clearing-member activities, analyzing information, and helping assess outreach readiness and effectiveness. The intern works with a team supporting clearing members through training, research, analysis, and operational-capability monitoring. This year-round role is for actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate students and requires hybrid work in Dallas.

Supports OCC’s Enterprise Technology Solutions Knowledge Continuity initiative by assessing knowledge risks, identifying subject matter experts and single points of failure, drafting and organizing knowledge assets, validating documentation readability, tracking action items and metrics, maintaining meeting records, and participating in Jira-managed Agile sprints. The intern collaborates with the Knowledge Management team in a compliance-driven environment focused on documentation accuracy, governance, findability, and knowledge transfer.

Supports Corporate Actions and Market Operations through corporate action research and processing, exchange option listings, trade processing, audit evidence preparation, control testing, management self-testing, process improvement, and the transition from ENCORE to Ovation. The intern will also create job aids, procedures, and training materials and participate in User Acceptance Testing while gaining exposure to financial market operations.

Year-round intern supporting IT asset and service management. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software asset records, contributing to CMDB management, and mapping technology assets to services. The intern will learn application lifecycle management, end-of-life processes, IT risk reduction, service ownership, and incident impact analysis. The role is hybrid in Dallas and requires active college or university enrollment through the internship period.
