Lead and scale tastytrade's fraud investigations function: hire and manage analysts, define fraud taxonomy and controls, set KPIs and budget, select tooling/vendors, drive investigations to resolution, build detection/monitoring, coordinate with compliance/product/technology, and report program performance to senior leadership.

Provide 24/7 trading support and risk monitoring for overnight and weekend US-market activity across futures, options, and 24-hour instruments. Resolve trade disputes, monitor and call out customer risk, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate incident handoffs, and escalate to margin, risk, compliance, banking, or engineering teams as needed. Work independently on overnight shifts and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
