Provide frontline technical support for trading platform users across desktop, web, and mobile. Diagnose hardware, OS, networking, and connectivity issues; assist with installations and setups; document interactions and bugs in Salesforce and JIRA; escalate complex issues to Engineering; test updates in staging; and educate users on platform navigation and configuration.

Lead and transform post-trade back-office operations across broker-dealer and non-clearing FCM businesses. Oversee settlement, clearing, custody, corporate actions, reconciliation, margin/collateral, and SLAs. Recruit and coach teams, drive automation and reconciliation platform implementations, partner with Technology and Data on STP and exception management, maintain controls and regulatory compliance, and report KPIs to senior leadership.
