Provide high-quality technical support for Smartly's advertising platform, resolving advanced customer issues across integrations, performance, and product defects. Troubleshoot APIs, reproduce and document root causes, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor peers, improve documentation, and participate in alpha/beta programs to prevent recurring issues and enhance the product.

Drive operational excellence for strategic platform partnerships by managing trackers and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling partner technical escalations, building Looker dashboards, performing analysis in Excel/Sheets, and improving processes to scale Partnerships.

Provide high-level administrative support to SVPs and US commercial teams: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and events, handle expenses, liaise with cross-functional teams and other EAs, protect confidential information, and improve operational processes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
