Manages onboarding, offboarding, identity platforms, endpoint provisioning, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure, networks, backups, cybersecurity controls, asset lifecycles, and technology vendors. Administers AWS and Azure environments, SSO, Okta, and password management solutions while troubleshooting issues and maintaining secure, reliable systems.
