Own the health, performance, and integrity of the B2B SaaS renewal portfolio. Responsibilities include renewal analytics, forecasting, risk modeling, governance and pricing policies, approval workflows, sales process design, CRM and tooling improvements, executive reporting, and enablement. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, BI, and executive leadership to improve retention, compliance, and renewal predictability without direct people management.

Lead marketing and revenue operations by owning performance metrics, dashboards, CRM data quality, reporting, process governance, and actionable GTM insights. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Systems Transformation to improve campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, and ARR growth. Build analyses, validate data, standardize processes, advise senior leaders, and recommend improvements based on quantitative and qualitative findings.

Own strategic technology partnerships from planning through execution, including joint integrations, co-developed solutions, executive alignment, partnership scorecards, and ecosystem growth. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Partner Operations, Sales, Channel, and MSP teams. Develop partner-specific enablement, go-to-market materials, business reviews, and escalation plans while ensuring integrations have defined architectures, roadmaps, support paths, and measurable outcomes.

Design and run risk-based quality, audit, and compliance programs for Sales Operations. Execute audits of CRM, CPQ, quoting, and billing; validate sales data accuracy; report compliance metrics; lead root-cause analysis and remediation; build controls, SOPs, training, and automated monitoring; support regulatory/external audit requests.

Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows and automations; orchestrate and enrich GTM data; integrate and sync with Salesforce; automate prospecting and prioritization; partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps; monitor performance and train stakeholders.

Lead a 9-person global End User Experience team to build a modern, largely self-service AI-augmented IT support model. Own workplace experience (devices, peripherals, remote office infra), drive adoption of Spark and a new AI ITSM platform, ensure ISO/SOC compliance, partner with Engineering/Product, and manage tooling/vendor budget.
