Supports SaaS customer provisioning, including account setup, product activation, trials, contract updates, portal changes, and deactivations. Validates requests against Salesforce, contracts, entitlements, approvals, and policies; coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers; follows SOPs; supports audits, SLA tracking, reporting, and documentation; and identifies automation and AI-assisted process improvement opportunities.

The Manager, Business Systems will lead the Business Systems Analyst practice, focusing on delivering enterprise applications, driving AI integration, and enhancing operational processes.

Own Salesforce administration and RevOps processes to ensure clean data, scalable systems, accurate reporting, and improved forecasting. Configure automation, build reports/dashboards, manage sandboxes and releases, support lead-to-revenue processes, partner with Sales/Marketing/Finance, and drive process improvements and training.
